Dylan Norton is a Junior attending Aurora University, studying Marketing. He loves being able to find a target and hitting it. Being able to find content relevant to an audience small or large he finds to be enjoyable. It can sometimes be challenging however that's why he finds it to be fun.

He likes being able to come up with creative solutions when finding consumers at his doorstep. This is most likely due to his prior graphic design background, creating things that people see and want to delve into more is his number one job. Dylan's passion strives towards the ever growing gaming market. With his marketing and creative background Dylan is looking to dive into this gaming market to work as a PR marketer, internet marketer, or consumer marketer in an indie developer company. This allows him to gain the necessary experience to take the next step. 

With his past experience in retail, Dylan is able to gage customers confidently and direct. Knowing how customers shop in real time is a major advantage for him. With a lot of leadership skills leading his team to get goals done Dylan is able to take control of a situation and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
